i would like to buy a cabin finished or unfinished in a secluded area. i do not need utilities or plumbing. hand pump well would be great. i have $10,000.

i will not use this land for timber. i want to fix it up for a getaway from city life.

I would like to buy a finished or unfinished cabin, can need fixing up. For Hubby to hunt and our 5 kids and I to go out in the wilderness to get away! Prefer away from other houses Hubby's side has cabin in clearfield County but owned by his Mother and all the family there over 30 people just doesn't feel like home away from home anymore... We want our own now. Under 30,000. Could put 10% down rest within 45 days from then.
