my wife and I are in the process of selling our Hotel in Lima.

The hotel has 12 rooms and a 3 star rating. The hotel is located in Jesus Maria section of Lima, Peru.

My partner and his family are selling their working hotel in Cusco, Peru. It has a 3 star rating is very central and only five minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. It feels homely and smaller than it's 66 rooms.
