I am looking for a furnished apartment in Lima, Peru (Miraflores area). Requirements:

1) Short term 1-3 months (possibly longer for the right place).

2) Furnished.

3) 1 or 2 bedrooms.

4) Decent location.

5) DSL or 2-way cable internet; be prepared with upload/download specs and a traceroute and ping or two.

I have a three bedroom apartment, plus an extra room for the maid in a great apartment block, 200 yards from the American Embassy. It has Security guards 24 hrs, secur parking.

Main room plus dining room, balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and extra bathroom. Kitchen and Maids room. All services are provided. Internet, gas, electric and water.

I worked in Mira Flores and it took me 15 - 20 minutes to drive there. Apartment Close to great Restaurants, shopping and the more affluent areas of Lima.

I have a number of great apartments in Miraflores Lima Peru which all have WI-FI Internet 24 hour security cable tv and located in the best area for the short term visitor to Lima

The apartments are near Larco Mar and the Parc
