UP National Engineering Center cordially invites you to the seminar 'Project Management in the Construction Industry on July 28-30 2009, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at UP NEC, Diliman, Quezon City.A construction project will not be successful without the proper training and exposure of a project manager. Project management involves the crucial ingredients of leadership, motivation, communication, conflict resolution and time management. This seminar is designed to enhance the managerial skills of middle and upper-level executives in the construction industry.
At the end of the seminar, the participants are expected to:
1. Be aware of the basic management functions and their application to a construction project.
2. Gain overall insights in his role as would-be project managers.
