What type of businesses are really successful in Philippines? If somebody was to immigrate to Philippines. What sort of business should they look into starting?

A very significant consideration in opening up a business is knowing what you really like to do. Even if some say that this business is booming or that one is skyrocketing is not enough to megnetize you to engage in that business. Examine yourself on what business yo engage with. You can always work on the scene and behind the scene depending on the degree you want to be associated with people.as for the crisis-stricken times, i still believe that the surest bet is on catering peoples' necessities such as food and housing.i have some ideas on innovative housing that you might be interested. im not a realtor but my main business is on real properties. i know someone who turned his 50thousand pesos capital into 10Million in a matter of 5years and he was just 23 years old when he started his property biz.
