I have not been snorkeling, since the waters where I live you can't even see 1 foot in front of your face. I would love to go snorkeling in the philippines. Do they have snorkeling tours because I would not know the areas on my own that are the best.

Aww, that's sad. I have seen the ocean in Texas and was pretty appalled. I grew up near Vancouver Island and was really spoiled with the semi-clean water. Then i went down to Texas to visit my friends and they took me to a beach near Baytown and I nearly died from a heart attack! LOL. Galvestone Island is pretty bad too :(
