What would be the top 3 places you'd recommend I check out to live in? and why?

If what you are looking for is a place near malls then top 3 would be makati, fort and Alabang. If what you are looking for somewhere quiet and near natuer or beach then top 3 would be, Tagaytay/Batangas, Boracay, and Baguio.

HI,

You said somewhere cool and just about 2 hrs from Manila, I would recommend Tagaytay which is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from Manila. It is relatively cooler than in Metro Manila since it is on a higher ground, with an awesome view of Taal Lake if you get a place by the ridge and it is just 15 to 20 minutes from the mall located in Snata Rosa for your needs. The place itself has some groceries and deli shops not to mention decent restaurants , hotels and apartments or houses for rent.
