I have no experience but wanted to suggest that you talk to a lawyer. They would have more experience and the access to information about doing this the correct way. Good luck!

That was a big "problem" in Costa Rica... the retired Americans would get a local girl pregenant... and then she'd get social security... for one baby roughly the same as a good salary... two or three... and !

So if you are retired make sure the women aren't after Uncle Sam's money!

I am an attorney from Hawaii who has made more than 10 trips to Philipines since 1984. I am "Of counsel" to a law firm in the Philippines which is very good and very reasoable.

my friend american has a child with a filipina, he contributes support but she has threaten to make problem for him.he and the girl are no longer together but they work in kuwait and the childs lives in philipines.what kind of trouble can she cause for him even his paying support.and what if he wants to take the child to u.s since the child in a born to an american.is this possible?please advise thank you

I have a sister who was impregnated by an American. The person left when my sister was still 3-months pregnant. I contacted the father but the father said that he did not want a baby and requested and I don’t contact him anymore. What can my sister do about it? The child is now over three years old and has heart problem. My sister is doing her best to take care of her child’s need but not enough. For her daughter sake, what can my sister do to make this father take responsibility?

i'm a single mom, my borfriend is working in dubai for two years already. He left when i was 5 months pregnant. Where not in good shape that time. But when i was to give birth he contacted me and asking for forgiveness and wants to acknowledge my child. I forgot to send him the letter or the birth cet, i just put his name pass it to municipal, but i have evidence that he really acknowledge the chilf through text messages and emails. My daughter is using her fathers name. But we just separated a month ago. Honestly even when iam pregnant and my daughter is 10 months old now he only send money thrice and thats it. Can i file a chils support case to my boyfriend with this situation?
