I'm a first time mom and my 1 1/2 yr. old son hardly drinks milk. I fear for him because I know how important milk is for kids and I don't want him to lose too much calcium because of this bad habit! Please help me, I would greatly appreciate it! thanks!

have you tried giving him yogurts? plain bio yogurts have a lot of calcium and it is easier to absorb the calcium from yogurt than it is from milk? you can also get calcium from vegetables such as brocolli..simmer and crush fresh vegetables. you could also give him a safe, high quality nutritional supplement for his age which has all the nutrients growing children need.
