What are the majority of materials used to build homes? Do most people live in bamboo houses? Are any houses brick? For the average Filipino, is their house small?

The houses are very small and many times large families live in homes with one or two bedrooms. They are very poor compared to modern American homes. It is very sad to see how poor some people are in the Philippines. Some homes are built from unreliable materials like straw and bamboo. The Philippines are hit with many natural disasters that destroy many homes.

There are large families in America who live in a small house with one or two bedrooms because they are unable to find good enough jobs to pay for the family :( But I doubt the number is as large as it is in the Philippines.

As far as I know, there are not very many homes in the Philippines that are more than 2 bedrooms. The Philippines is very poor in comparison to the United States. I am not sure if they all have running water and electricity, but I really doubt it. At least the Americans have many benefits they can recieve in comparison to the Filipinos.
