Does anyone know much about real estate in the Bohol area. The land there is very green and luscious. If you have not heard of the chocolate hills, they are gorgeous green hills that go on and on forever.

Chocolate hills? No I have never heard of that. Why is it called the chocolate hills if it's very green and lucious?

I just found out that it is usually really lush and green, but the land turns brown in the dry season so that is why it is called the chocolate hills. Makes sense to me. The only time I have seen the chocolate hills was when it was green.

Oooh okay that makes sense then. I was puzzled why lush green hills would be called chocolate hills. But I just forgot how sometims grass does dry out during summers and so on.

Can't hardly believe it '''' those numbers that I saw, those real estate prices are so expensive. More expensive than the properties I owned in Las Vegas, in California, in Portland. In Songculan, Dauis we still have some property out there. My plan will be a retirement home to be build early next year 2010. Hoping that there will no bubbles to pop on this real estate market on the years to come.Is there any recession out there? • Page 1 (Original Post) •
