Manyy businesses and government authorities are crying about poverty, environment, deforestation, polution, high cost of fuel and electricity, but they would not answer my letters of generous offers of new and inexpensive technologies using materials available in the Philippines, solving these and many other problems.
Example: Superior and inexpensive sail propulsion (automatic control system priority claimed)suitable for fishing vesels with much gear on board, saving fishermen's livelihood and environment, applicable to any size of vessel, including oil tankers where it would save estimated 50,000 gallons of fuel in one ocean crossing.
