There is a residence hotel in this building call Babkatower appartment. See www.babkatower.com You can rent out this appartment for them without any problem. They are doing good business and need more appartment to rent. They rent apartments from owner and then doing hotel business. They charge usualy 70-80 Euro per night for this apartment in summer season. Even they keep this apartment very clean and monthly renting fee will send you wire transfer to your country every month. So you can pay tax in your country. Actualy I didnt have to pay tax when I rent out this property for them. You can get the contract with them for 10 years. Everybody knows after 10 years, the property would have high price. Because Poland will join Euro currency 3 years later in 2009. Its very clear that there were same situation in Spain, France, Germany. After introduction of Euro currency in Poland, you will see the same situation of these countries had.
