I have been invited to join the team of a semi-government organisation in Qatar, to help develop and launch a new organisation. I have extesive experience in the field and the job, which is fairly specialised, invloves quite a lot of responsibility. The role should develop, once the organisation is ready and launched, into the role of manager or director of a department - ie just one level down from the director of the organisation)

I am trying to establish what would be an appropriate salary and package to negotiate, and what to expect as someone relocating from the UK.
