Dear Sir,

I had an accident in the past which makes it difficult for me till now. I have suffered from a blast injury that have cause me to lose my right eye, I'm partially blinded. my index finger in my right hand was cut short about a full nail length but still I'm able to use them normally. I'm a civil engineer and right now I have a work offer in qatar as structural designer and I really don't want to miss this opportunity. I have undergone medical examination before and clear all other procedure but because of my eye the doctor enforce me to be denied and marked "not fit to work". If a person like me really don't have the rights or chances to work their even though i hzve the experience?. Please help.Thank you.
