I am looking for an English speaking Arab for personal tutoring on arabic language and culture. Prefer matured and open minded person although not necessarily experienced or qualified in teaching.

Hi,
I am American Egyptian Arabic tutor. I have been tutoring Arabic online for quite sometime now. My method proved to be useful although it is online session. However, I do use SKYPE video conference and "White board" (both free to download) which will give you the same experience as private home tutoring.
