Dear Sirs,

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know I have been in full employment since I finished my secondary school education in 1991 as an electro mechanical engineer. I attended Hemel Hempstead College of further education for the initial three years of my employment where I achieved a city and guilds qualification in mechanical engineering in the United Kingdom.

My current position with Toshiba UK is working as a field service engineer repairing office management systems. All work is carried out to ISO 9001 standards. I cover a region of Herts, Beds and Bucks where key company accounts are held. My work requires me to meet very tight deadlines ensuring an onsite response time often within hours. During the past year I was promoted to a team leader position within my region. This requires me to not only carry out onsite repairs but also report back to my central office current and outstanding issues and provide written reports of potential field improvements. This may consist of Hardware, Software and company procedures. To achieve this I hold monthly meetings with my colleagues within my region that put forward suggestions to me which I can incorporate into my reports back to central office.

On a personal note I am happily married with two young sons I enjoy playing and watching most sports and hot air ballooning.
