looking for my cousin

I am looking for my cousin name Edward Polaris Hutagaol.He's a crew of Interservice vessel since 2004. He was lost at sea 3 hours after transfering from Intersevice vessel to Passenger vessel Seabulk Aries 2 on July 12, 2007. Up to now we have no further information from Company, consulate and Police. His mother is very shock to here that his son had been lost. Anybody there now about my cousin Edward PH send email to me mulia_h@yahoo.com. Thankyou
