We are Romtrade Consult SRL. This company is based in central Romania, in Odorheiu-Secuiesc, Harghita, and our function is to assist with the formation of Romanian companies both here in Romania, and for those overseas who wish to trade in Romania.

The services that we offer are as follows:

The two principals of our company are one British and one Romanian with a combination of experience in company formation and banking.

Our main objective is to provide a personal service to clients wishing to invest in Romania either as start-up businesses or as an expansion of their existing business.

As Romania aspires to enter the EU the regulations are constantly changing, and we are able to maintain up-to-date information and assist with necessary procedures.

Once we have established the initial needs of a client we will present a simple formula to begin their Romanian enterprise, check the name availability, reserve the name if required, and present the necessary documentation for the client to proceed. In most cases a Romanian company can be formed and ready to trade within three to four weeks. Apart from certain documents which will require the client’s signature, we will deal with all the paperwork and as quickly as possible provide a fully legal Romanian company ready to start trading.

It should be noted that this service is available to individuals and to corporate bodies who may wish to have a Romanian subsidiary.

We write about East europe in general. maybe you can comment or provide any news about your life, your business ,Romania in General as we do not get enough genuine Infos about Romania.
