I rent/sale farm with area of 10000 square meters enclosed.It has 2 stables ( the first one has lenght 70 m and width 10 m, the second one has lenght 50 m and width 12 m).Also it has an covered shelter for equipments (lenght 100 m , width 12 m) and a court made with concrete.Also exists collectors for residues.There is also mono and bi phasic current and the gates are on rolls.It is located in district Hunedoara, at 25 km far from Deva.The price for sale is 180000 euro and for rent 2000 euro per month(negociable).

Hi, I'm an Irish national living in Oradea, Romania and married to a local girl.

Through my own purchases of sites and commercial properties I've been approached by a number of people to see if I can put them in touch with buyers of land for both residential and agricultural land.

Not too sure where to start with this one as it's not really my game! I own a furniture factory!

I've been asked to sell 240 hectares of land 10kms from Oradea. A good buy for the future in my opinion since it is very close (less than 1 mile) to the new Budapest - Bucharest highway being built by Haliburton and will also have frontage onto a planned bypass.

Even if this is no of interest to anyone I'm always happy to hear from other expats and to swop stories and experiences in the wonderful world of romanian property investment!
