My company has for sale 1000 hectares of land in/near the city of Cluj-Napoca. It is not what you requested but it might be interesting for you. Probably as you know, a new highway is being built between Budapest and Bucharest. This highway passes Cluj Napoca, where my company ownes this land. It is an excellent investement for i.e. an hotel project as the city of Cluj is developing itself rapidly. Farm located 45 km northwest of Bucharest, consists of the following:
