The land is in the vicinity of National road Bucuresti-Constanta at 850 meters of the Bucuresti Constanta highway, between the village Dragos Voda and village Dragalina, near the offices and storages of the ex-IaS Ivanesti.

The 18.000 sq meters block has the following facilities:

+ Paved roads, on two sides of the land

+ Triphasic power line, on one side of the property

+ Methan gas line

+ Digital telephonic line (alcatel)

+ Secondary railway with the possibility of loading-unloading railway carriages, nearby
