The cities of Cluj-Napoca, Turda and Campia are near by.

Also this site is in a good location for agricultural or industrial/commercial development with an easy access to the main road. Natural gas pipeline is running close to the site (approx. 300m). Electricity and all other utilities are also available.

Excellent investment opportunity in the country with one of the fastest growing economies in Europe. Trip to view this site and other sites can be arranged.
