Main Responsibilities
• Managing of agronomic activity of the company;
• Development and updating production plans,
• Growing of apple and other fruit trees using up-to-date technologies
• Searching and introduction of new agricultural practices such as biological pest control, water preparation system using acids
• Development of agronomic technologies to increase crop and soil quality
• Application and management of latest chemicals
• Control over cropping, transportation and storage of collected yield
• Organization and management of agronomic staff
Main competence:
Male/Female, age 25+
Expatriate
High education in agriculture sphere
At least 3 years of similar experience at the similar position
Strong practical knowledge of agricultural sector
English – fluent , Russian will be a plus
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work within diverse cultural environment, functional departments and different levels of organization
Strong, emotionally stable and mature personality
To be ready to relocate to Abinsk/Krasnodar
