This about how your parents would have had to complete the assignment... not having the internet available...

Rwandan Chicken

1 chicken, cut into pieces

3 Tbsp oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

3 large tomatoes, mashed

2 stalks of celery, cut into thin rounds

1 tsp. salt

1 hot pimento or chili pepper

Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden. Remove pieces and cook onions in the same pot. When they, too, are golden brown, return chicken pieces to the pot and add tomatoes, celery, salt and hot pepper. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender.

Serves 4.

I hope this gives at least some people some ease. I thought I

would help those of you who keep getting angry because you are

not internet fluent enough to find anything. Please be kind to

one another, and to the site. Thank you for the patience.

Well, I saw one recipe above.

However, I don't think this site was designed as an alternative to you doing your own school work! If your assignments were too easy.. what would you learn?
