I am an investor in Midwest farms in Iowa and Illinois. I am looking for a partner to share in the profits. The market is perfect to pick up fars that appraise for $5500 per acre, but can be purchased at this time for $3, 500. I have excellent financing and excellent credit. I presently have my liquid funds ties up in down money for the farms I own. I do not want to sell my farms now, because I know the market will revive in 1 to 2 years. I am looking for a partner to provide down money and some interest payments needed to hold some farms and purchase some more beautiful farms that are on the market because of the recession. US banks are presently paying less than 3%. All monies are guaranteed with real estate and I will take all the risks with my credit. I need more cash now to take care of purchasing farms that I know are solid gold. My experience is extensive and I have never lost money on a farm. I own a shopping center and warehouse development company in the United States and would like to introduce myself for the purposes of presenting a 273, 945 sq. ft. development for sale on 26 acres in the beautiful Nashville, Tennessee region.We have procured as anchors, J.
