I found this recipe and it works great for me. It is a favorite among Saudi Arabian people and I love it. I lived in Saudi Arabia for 10 years and loved it.Chicken Kapsa a preparation of Chicken & Rice, is indeed one of the favorite Saudi Arabian recipes. Lots of ingredients are needed to prepare this dish. However, these are easily available in the local market. The ingredients that should be in stock while making Kapsa are mentioned below: • White Basmati Rice • Water • Tomato • Chopped onion • Cardomon ground • Cinnamon stick • Tomato paste • Olive oil • Raisins • Chicken • Salt • Dried black lemon • Powdered garlic • Baharat spice ground While preparing the Saudi Arabian recipe, Kapsa, a particular method is adopted. The main ingredients of this recipe are rice and chicken and anyone fond of non-vegetarian items should definitely try it out at home. The procedure is quite long but not much difficult. While making Kapsa, it should be kept in mind that the boiling of chicken should be perfect. Basmati rice is usually dry in nature so, extra broth can be added to make it cooked. The specialty of this dish is that rice and chicken are not mixed together. First, the rice is poured into a dish and then the chicken is placed in the middle. The cooked chicken is generally placed on the top of the prepared rice. This is how the dish of Kapsa is served to the people.

hello friends im Mrs aijaz reshi from india, j&k. I have dream to work in saudi arabia. i would love to share a famous dish of kashmir that is yakhne. the main items in the yakhne are:- 1) meat 2) curd 3) garlic 4) dry mint 5) cumin seeds 6) cooking oil 7)salt 8) water prepration:- take water atleast acoording to the quqntity of meat, put meat in water , put some garlic and cumin seeds . now boil the meat, for 15 minutes. now take oil in another dish, now put curd in the oil and keep on steering continously so that curd does not . after 15 minutes put meat int it that we already biled for 10 -12 minutes, put now dry mint in it and keep ont steering for 5 minutes and salt according to taste. now keep lid on dish till meat becomes to able to eat. thank you

I am Mrs. Bilal Bhat from india, J&K.i would love to be in our PROPHET, S homeland with my spouse.I am eager to share something with my saudi brothers and sisters.This is the procedure for making RISTA.INGREDIENTS: Boneles meat Salt Caradmom Seeds Chillie Powder Turmeric Powder Garlic Egg Cumin Procedure: 1. Take meat add some animal fat, and grind it. 2. Put some caradmom seeds in it while grinding. 3. Add pinch of salt in it. 4. After making complete mesh of meat, take meat and make small balls of it. 5. Put these balls in lukewarm water and then boil till it becomes soft. 6. Take oil in a pan , heat it , put these meat balls in pan and put spices (turmeric, Chillie Powder, Garam Masala) and fry them till these meat balls becomes brown, then put the water in which meat balls were boiled in it, and boil it for some time. NOW RISTA RECIPE IS READY TO SERVE.
