hi im phill who had a bad run with my bar in budva the cooler bar would like to speak to anyone who fancys taking over the lease of my bar which still runs for the next three years at a very good rent the fact is i didnt like them and they didnt like me but hay thats life i would like to forget about the place but i put a lot of time and money into it and wouldnt mind a little back so anybody interseted you know where to mfind me and if theres anyone who remembers me hows it going im very pleased to get out of there alive and as for them joining the eu there living in dreamland what a hole if i say so myself only normal people should apply

so where will the next hot spot be then well for my money the balkans are finished before they have even started ive travelled all over the former balkans and there greeder than the spanish and very lazy tehy truly beleveive we all owe them something because they had a war so now there out to get what they think they are owed myself personally i would never step foot in the country ever again and what a shame what a stunning country and the coastline to drive up and down is one of the best you will ever see trust me

i know lets build a golf course in a country that nobodys ever heard off and it costs about a grand to get there and its ask colm from the irish bar budva or lou van toot or even boris the bullit dodger or bo bo the fake copper now thats a good one so how do you play a round off golf on a golf course that will never be built simple give them your cash and they can go and piss it up against the wall and act the gangsters you never know they might even throw in a car or two second hand mind nothing for free with these lot
