Relocating to Montenegro

My family and I have decided to move to Montenegro from Ireland at the end of May 2007. Although Montenegro has being independent for 1 year now, it still seems very difficult to get worthwhile information on relocation. I've been searching for tax advice, info on the importation of my personal car, import duties, is a working visa required, must you apply for residency, how do you become tax domicile, are the double tax treaties still in place which Serbia and Montenegro approved prior to the creation of the republic of Montenegro? Where do most of the expats live in Montenegro? Whats life like living on a long term basis there? I've been to Montengro many times but only for a couple of days at a time so its very difficult to judge what life is like long term. So many questions and so few answers. Can anyone recommend a good tax advisor & lawyer? Looking forward to your replies
