I can not help you with the bar but I do have a place that needs to rent out a 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Budva, a big tourist town, great for bars. Let me know if you are still interested. Patricia

We have a two bed apartment on the Fjord Kotor Bay for rent. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It is tastefully furnished and to a high standard. All linen supplied etc. It overlooks the fjord and there is a small beach, just 50 meters from the apartment.

hello, I just starting living and working in Budva also. Looking for a temporary place, and been in contact with many people. Prices are high till sept.oct. where they fall to an insignificant amount. Cheaper to stay at hotel, till end of summer :) if you need details, or contacts relating to realestate please contact me as I am an international builder from Canada, with investors in Montenegro. Were primarily building and finalzing some sites in Tivot, Becici, St.Stefan and heading to serbia. email me at chris (at) adriaticinvestment dot net kind regards,

Hi there, I cannot see any date on your previous posts, but I'm still giving you a good address here, it will always be useful for someone else. (I'm writting in january 2009)For good long term rental, try "Keystone real estate" they have a good selection of flats especially for medium and long term rentals and they helped me out very nicely when I needed to rent a flat. Also they make sure you know exactly what is included or not as this can make a big difference at the end of the month. I'm sorry, "only 700 EUR/month +VAT" >>> ONLY ????? Be careful of people trying to rent out at prices you would normally pay in Paris or London ! I got a much better deal. Basically for 3 months minimum you can find a studio for about 250/month and for 2 bedroom around 500 EUR. Don't go over !!! Good luck all of you! K.
