The house is located in Carana, in the north of Mahe – main Island of Seychelles. It’s a double story housed built on an approximately 900 Sqm land, Parcel no.H5522.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, guest toilette, dining cum open-plan-kitchen, study/TV room, veranda, laundry cum store and a small store for garden tools under stairs outside. The built up floor area is 140 Square meters.

Upon completion of the ground floor we moved in this house last year.
