I am looking for the 2-3 bedroom house on Mahe or the flat plot of land approx 1000 meters with a good location & external communication. I would highly appreciate any offers with info about price range and fotos/pictures of the house/place to obtain more complete impression.

I'm looking for a land from 2.500 to 3.500 square meters close to the beach ( not more the 5 minutes walk to the beach) with nice wiew to the ocean, in order to built a small resort , possibly north/center north of Mahè. The price is ranging according to the measure and position from 100.000 to 150.000 €.

My property is located in the western part of the main island of Mahe.The land is 1000sqm and the living area that is the house is about 130sqm.However the house needs minor renovation.I prefer selling it as it is because if i do the renovation myself then i will sell it at a much higher price.The place is beautiful with a lot of space to do something else.There is a two level solid garnite stone boundary wall.The current verandah faces the sea which has a small island.There is an access road from the main road, and i have private motorable access.Its about 20 minutes driving to town and 3 minutes drive to the closest beach.There are upcoming development in the area which will be the Emirates Hotel and the Ephilia resort.Close to where the property is, a future development of private villas, are expected.However my price is open to negotiation considering the minor renovation one has to do.I will email you pictures soon.Please email for more info and pictures.Many thanks.
