I want to know about buying a building in Seychelles that would be suitable for a small guest house. Mahe or Praslin, or, La Digue ar the only locations that I have interest unless a specific property is within my scope.

Can you please send me an address or information on all legalities, building regulations, government incentives, rebates, duties on importing building equipment and materials etc i.e anything pertaining to new developments .

We also need advice with regard to valuations.
