For a soon to open new 5-star Marina (+ 1000 berths, 70 mega berths) I'm looking to hire some expierenced marina staff to help with the normal marina operations such as docking of yachts, fuel bunkering, maintenance, watch keeping. 2003 to 2008 Principal, Royal Yachting Association Training Centre at Mengeham Rythe Sailing Club.

In 2003 I set up the training section of our local sailing club. I started a Royal Yachting Association Training Centre. Each year we had around 80 children and 30 adults on various sailing courses and 30 more on power boat courses.

Organised the training of 5 Senior Instructors and 24 dinghy Instructors and 5 Power Boat Instructors.
