I was at the FICO sports hub at 10.10pm, and we wanted to book one of the 7 empty courts available. As we went over to get the court, the staff mentioned to us that if we start now, we must stop at 11pm and we'll pay the full price of 1 hour court rental fees (which was around $90). We asked if we could stop at 11.10pm, since we are going to start at 10.10pm, but the answer was a strict no. This is really unacceptable. The staff informed us that this is the rule the management has set and they cannot relax on the "on-the-hour-dot" court rental rule. So that is to say, if you arrive at the courts at 1030pm, and you want to play for an hour till 1130pm, YOU CANT DO THAT, without paying for the full 2 hour rate..and $90/hour is not a cheap price. The staff said they will be fired if they try to be flexible..and i completely understand. I really suggest the management of FICO sports hub to revise the way they run the place, and i seriously dont think that little bit of flexibility will cause any problems for the normal operations. It will only create less unhappy customers, which i believe is always a good thing for business. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
