This bread brings back fond memories of my grandmother. Unfortunately I do not know how to spell it correctly. Phonetically it's Potitza.
Bread, spices, chopped walnuts, raisins, baked wonderfully and brushed with butter.
It was always exquisite!
Any help appreciated :)
