I rented a townhouse in Centurion for about a year & half from one of the Eatate Agents in Centurion.I signed a 6 months lease, after a week my bond appliocation was approved, so I went to them to terminate the lease. Our agreement was that if I can get someone to lease the place they won't charge me a cancellation fee & commision.but now they refuse to give me my deposit.they charged me commision for six months & other amounts that I don't understand where they come from.at the end of the day I'm not getting my deposit because it is taken by these charges.
Can anyone help me?(eg.ombudsman or regulatory board)
