BPiA is a non profit volunteer association of British expats numbering over 7100 members Australia-wide[too few just 530 so far in SA]. We are engaged in a costly lawsuit in the European Court of Human Rights together with 20, 000 other Brits from Canada and South Africa, to force the miserly UK Govt, to index our pensions, as they do in many countries in the world, but not ours. In the process we are helping many younger expats below pension age to better understand their entitlement to a UK pension. We have helped hundreds get a pension and more recently dozens more who have been previously denied a UK pension to get a small pension from the UK to supplement their other retirement income.
