I have an indoor pet pekin duck and would like a couple of one day old call ducklings as indoor pets also. The reason why they need to be so young is because I want to raise them myself and I want them to be imprinted. Imprinting is where the first thing they see they think it is their mom. If a duck is imprinted on a human it will think for it's whole life that it is a human and the human is their mom. My pekin is imprinted which is partly why I want my calls imprinted also. Do you have different colors of calls? I think I want a boy grey (the coloring of mallards)girl butterscoth (tan and white)and boy pure white. Thanks, katie.
