Amazingly beautiful Restaurant for rent, Old Town of Marbella, Costa del Sol
I'm Laura and I'm currently running a beautiful restaurant in the Old Town of Marbella. Unfortunately, for personal reasons I had to decide to leave the restauramt. I am currently looking for somebody who would like to get it.
I'm paying a rent which is very very low compared to others in Marbella, and the contract is going on for other 7 years. This is a very touristic place, with a lovely weather all year round, and the Old Town is visited by 99% of the tourists that come here.
When we entered the restaurant, we made it completely new: electricity, painted everything everywhere, gave it a very elegant style according to the kind of cuisine we offer. We bought new refrigerators, an oven that costed itself around 10, 000€, vacuum machine, paintings... everything is still new and shining.
There are three floors: the first one is occupied by a long wooden bar, fully equipped with anything you may need. There are two bathrooms, a place where I normally store cleaning products and a big cantine with a special refrigerator for wines and bottles.
Upstairs you find the kitchen, (again, it's fully equipped, probably more than you may need), a little room where employees get changed with a tiny bathroom and the charming dining room, with 12 tables, new customized chairs, a breathtaking view of a little alley of the Old Town. There is air conditioning everywhere.
There is another floor where I used to live comfortably with my partner for almost three years: it has a big bathroom with two sinks and a bath, there is a bed, a sofa, some furniture, little pretty windows and... outside you find a lovely terrace, where nobody can see you, but from where you can enjoy views of the Cathedral, only ten meters away from the restaurant. The restaurant is in between Orange Square and the Church, a perfect location. Everyone passes by the restaurant.
I honestly am in love with this place.
The price I ask to let it is fair enough for what we spent during these years, but we can still find a deal.

I am looking for a restaurant space to rent or buy in Spain. Reading through the text you have on the page I am interested to know more details about the restaurant.Some photos would be better if you can send them to me by mail.
I am looking to relocate to Spain in the next month or so. I am presently running a restaurant in England. I would be very interested in find out more about your restaurant ie rent.community charges and photos etc. What style of cooking are you presently offering.
