Hi, thinking about moving to Andalucia in 10 years (great planners , us!) but know nothing of the areas.. We'd be looking to buy a house to rent out next year so we can come and holiday there and hopefully make enough to cover the running costs. We'd need somewhere , town or village, no more than and hours drive from malaga...with good roads (no mountains!) and shops and bars within walking distance. Can anyone suggest somewhere nice, where can look for a house up to 100, 000 euros, 3 or 4 bedrooms... and would this be a good rental opportunity? thankyou! Bren and Jacqui

Hi Bren & JaquiJust a quick note to say you will be very lucky to find what you are looking for in the area you are looking at unless you want to buy something to reform. Spain is nowhere as cheap as it used to be. Please take a look at our website spanish-sol-utions.com we cover the province of Cadiz, with 3 airports in or near (Jerez, Seville & Gibraltar) all serving Europe, Madrid and Barcelona. This is the real Spain where you can still get a lot for your money. Regards Paul

Hi Bren & Jacqui, Am moving to Andalucia soon. I 've 2 properties, one hour + 20 mins drive (north) from Malaga and 3/4 hr. to the west of Granada, both under your budget. Village called Cuevas de San Marco. Remember to add 12 - 15% on top of property price for legal fees etc! You'll still be able to find something for your budget which is definitely live-able maybe needing TLC. Good luck! Kate • Page 1 (Original Post) •
