hi everybody!

wanna open a small running business in sri lanka. if i come to sri lanka on a normal tourist 30-days visa then later on can i obtain a residence visa in colombo wtihout leaving sri lanka again? and what minimum funds required to show at immigration department or elsewhere to start a small business?
