Rosy (1) from Colombo -

Fully furnished apartment available for rent in prime Colombo 7 location (close to Paradise Road and Odel shops, also Viharamahadevi Park) as of April 1st 2008. A small family-friendly block of apartments with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and sitting room with attached balconies. 24 hour security is provided with intercom. 1 car park space available. Washing machine, air conditioning with back up generator and ADSL connection. US $850 plus utility bills per month. Prefer longer term lease, but willing to let on short term basis (minimum 3 months) to the right person.
