1 Bedroom Apartments - USD 18-20 (Rs 2,000) Per day (Minimum period of 1 week booking required)

2 Bedroom Apartments - USD 25 (Rs 2,500) Per day (Minimum period of 1 week booking required)

3 Bedroom Apartments - USD 35 (Rs 3,500) Per day (Minimum period of 1 week booking required)

Family Suites - USD 16 (Rs 1,600) Per day upwards (Minimum period of 1 week booking required)

This rate includes all utility charges, taxes and services. Only additional cost would be for Telephone usage. This would be based on actual usage and will be billed on your departure. We keep a security deposit against telephone charges.

Reservation

For reservation you are required to pay an advance of USD 100, this is ideally paid by your local representative after seeing the apartment. This advance or the refundable deposit would be paid to you on your departure after deducting telephone costs if any. If unable to arrange the advance/reservation payment before arrival under special consideration we could make a tentative reservation for you subject to availability.

My wife and I are looking for an apartment in the Mt. Lavinia area (including Dehiwala, Ratmalana, etc.).

We arrive in Sri Lanka on May 22.

Leave SL on August 21 (so, we need something for 3 months).

We are visiting from New York.

Here is what we are looking for:

A small living room (a TV would be nice)

We do NOT need a kitchen (as we do NOT plan to cook).
