Hi,

I'm a Sri Lankan living in UK. I'm investing in buying a large plot of beach front land from one of the classic beach areas in Sri Lanka. This will then be used to build a resort eventually. I have already selected the area. I prefer a local investor (Sri Lankan resident) but that does not leave out any foreign investors if interested at all.

This is going to be a very exciting investment project and more detail will be shared on personal basis.
