I am looking for some Swaziland food to make for

my daughters exchange student at his

graduation. he will be having his friends come

to the party and I want to make something to

remind him of home. Thank you.

i will try again, I am trying to find a good recipe so that I can make something for a student from Swaziland studying here in KY. He will be graduating next month and I would like to make him something.

I have read that traditional Swazi foods include meat stew and maize. I suppose you could Google for specific recipes for the stew.
