I have been a chef for 18 years and taught english for the last 4 privatly. If there are any oppotunities or anyone knows the names of any hotels resorts on the east coast ie hualian would be prefrerable, I am having a nightmare finding any information regarding good restaurants hotels etc. that may require a western chef of course trained in meditereanean and french, I also worked as a private chef for the rich and famous for 5 years until I decided that i needed my own life not theirs as you can tell the east coast IU want to surf. I can even instruct surfing and have a first aid cert

I want to open a barbecue restauarantwhen i return in september. I will either open it in Taidong, or Tainan. Are u interested? Taidong is near the surf.

i am a western chef come from seattle washington my wife is taiwanese i want to live in taiwan and im also haveing a hard time finding a job in taiwan can any of you tell me what to do
