One of my friend want to buy a plot priferably near the beach. So I would like to know the prize of a plot at Mbezi Beach the Medium size plot.

How about a plot at Bagamoyo near Bunju or Mapinga? It has to be at least 5km from the Sea. What is the prize of one Eckar.
