I own a plot of beach front land 1km north of the Dere Beach Resort at Bwejuu, Zanzibz - on the East coast just north of Paje. The plot size is approx 28m (beach front) x 42m deep (1, 176 sq m with a 4 bed property (130 sq m) built already with its own fresh water well.
