Hi I am looking to develop land in Zanzibar. I am interested in beachfront property with a long term lease and with an option to purchase after a mutually agreed time. I want to assist in growing the tourism sector and will either do beach villas or small wooden cottages with a view to renting out, tourists, corporate getaways etc. If anyone is interested in partnering with me on this one please make contact via email.
