Where's a good place to retire to in Tanzania ?

I don't favor the coast because of climate, but inland or lakes and Mountains in South West?

Are resident visas a problem ?

Best place is about 6000 - 7000 foot level in Kilimanjaro. Great climate. Light blankets at night, shorts in the day. Go to for real estate.
